ghouls horror Godot

why is this  game paid? 

I want to develop my dream game and i need some help with assets and hire a team to help  I want to make open world survival Story zombie game i got really good story for it and want push Godot with its 3D that is the reasons I'm a student  in the uk

the game is about a man with a shotgun you kill these monsters in a psx style graphics

as of now main objectives is don't die and escape and kill these things i plan to make this game bigger  added more gins wan wave system way better map 

license's for the source code free to do what ever you want with it as long as

you do no reupload only can re upload if made allot changes and make different
